Andrey began his yoga journey in 2010 after discovering Dharma Mittra Yoga Center and was quickly drawn to its philosophy and its healing effects on mind – body connection. Andrey became immersed in different schools of yoga thought and delved into infinite possibilities of meditation through movement. Andrey is a competitive runner, a martial artist and a teacher of functional movement and conscious breathing, Andrey believes that yoga is the catalyst to all aspects of physical and mental fitness, an ultimate conduit to wellbeing and self-awareness. He completed his teacher training at Pure Yoga in New York, training with some of the best EYRT instructors and mentors; Andrey’s innate nature and teaching approach offers comfortable and safe atmosphere that allow for long lasting connections with his students that provides tools to help better their lives through functional movement, settling the mind and the power of breath.
