Frank has been teaching yoga for over 13 years, guiding students with compassion and mindfulness. His classes integrate asana, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistic journey.
A graduate of Yogamaya, Equinox Fitness Institute, and Middlebury College, Frank also offers private yoga for New York City Ballet, The Calder Foundation, JP Morgan, Google, among others.
He leads with empathy and specializes in alignment-based vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga. An avid adventurer, he also jumps out of planes, ran the NYC Marathon twice, has watched the sun rise from the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and leads yoga retreats all over the world.
