Lea offers yoga, movement and meditation classes to help people develop a connection with their most authentic Self and find balance in body, mind and spirit. She found movement in her mid-twenties as a way to move away from anxiety and fear and bring in presence, acceptance and love. In her classes, Lea encourages students to take the seat of the observer to acknowledge, accept and eventually let go of any stuck energy or feelings. Besides a 200 hour yoga teaching certification, Lea holds a certification in nutrition and healthy living from Cornell, and is a certified personal trainer. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Physical Education with the goal of offering movement, health and wellbeing in schools. Lea loves the ocean, ecstatic dancing, going birding and film photography.
