Saturday, October 18 - 4 to 6:30 PM
Cost: $ 45 In-Studio only
This month’s workshop on Yoga Kurunta (Kuranti is Sanskrit for Puppet).
Come be both puppet and puppeteer on October 23 as we learn how to practice asana by means of suspended ropes. Working with ropes allows us to practice more difficult asanas with relative ease, and due to the traction and the repetitive movement in and out of poses, it helps us open the shoulders and chest and create a suppleness in the spine and body.
