Yoga Kurunta is the practice of using the rope wall as a tool to explore yoga poses, alignment, strength, mobility, and deeper awareness. Working with the rope wall can help lengthen the spine, create space and opening, deepen stretches, provide support, and build strength.

In this 4-part Teacher Training series, we’ll explore:

  • Rope wall safety and setup
  • Essential rope wall poses and techniques
  • How to explore and create effective sequences
  • How to confidently and safely teach using the rope wall

This training is designed for yoga teachers, teacher trainees, and advanced practitioners who want to deepen their understanding and practice of Yoga Kurunta.
This series is not just about learning poses. You’ll also have dedicated time to teach and practice your skills, with personalized feedback and guidance throughout the training.
By the end of the series, you’ll feel more confident using the rope wall in your own practice and guiding others safely and effectively.
