Whether the hips are tight and blocked or loose and unstable, without the proper tone and structure to the hip socket, our experience in a variety of asanas can become limited or confused. Just think about the load placed on the hips in poses such as Ardha Chandrasana and Virabhadrasana III. In this workshop we explore how to connect our legs into the hip socket to strengthen and stabalize that area in a relaxed and progressive manner. We will break down the more advanced asanas to reveal hidden or weak parts that are not participating, allowing you to explore the range and subtle changes within the hips that eventually bring you effortlessly into more advanced poses
