Rope Wall Strength

Use the rope wall to strengthen all parts of the body, no matter your fitness level. Develop your core, shoulders and legs in playful and challenging ways while suspended against gravity. Build strength in the hands to work with ropes more proficiently, and learn how to progress and regress exercises for your body. Come prepared to sweat, shake and laugh!

About the Teacher(s):

Jason Orrell has been teaching yoga since 2009 and was trained in use of the rope wall by master teacher Alison West. His longstanding enthusiasm for strength training inflects his classes, bringing a functional, practical perspective to yoga that supports the practitioner’s mobility, longevity and independence
