Seasonal Intentions: Spring Equinox

Event

Saturday, March 14 - 4:00 to 6:00 PM

Planting Seeds

Cost: IN-STUDIO $50 – ONLINE $35

This year, we’ve experienced a “true” winter- cold, dark, inward, quiet.  What has laid bare in the quiet?  What breakthroughs or insights have you experienced?  What stories has the darkness revealed?

It is in Winter that we gestate, nourish and pause, so that when Spring arrives, we may plant the seeds that will feed us for the year to come.

Join us for nature’s New Year, Spring Equinox, as we meditate on what we aspire for our inner and outer world to look like- what to nourish, grow and foster in the world we inhabit and share with other living beings.

All are welcome for this seasonal workshop.

Class will consist of:

  • Grounding
  • Breathwork
  • Movement to bring us back to our bodies
  • Review of Winter’s insight
  • Alignment for the season ahead
  • Clarity for Spring

  Please bring something to write on and a writing instrument.

About the Teacher(s):

Shenaaz Jetha

For Shenaaz, what began as an elective at UCLA in 1997, morphed into a career path. She never imagined that she would teach yoga, but as her practice has evolved, so too has she, to find her voice, her path and a practice that means so much to her. Through her various trainings, Shenaaz has found a way to help others connect to their bodies, finding grounding in the chaos of life and healing, through deep stretch and release. She’s grateful to all the teachers who have shaped her path, and the students who share it.
